Acceptance of Terms

By creating a TaskForceOne account or using our services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

User Obligations

You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure, configuring access levels appropriately, and ensuring all information entered into TaskForceOne is accurate. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to reverse engineer it, or interfere with other customers’ use of the service.

Subscription & Payments

Paid plans renew automatically each subscription period unless canceled. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. Upgrades take effect immediately and may result in a prorated charge on your next invoice.

Limitations of Liability

TaskForceOne is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, TaskForceOne and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using TaskForceOne at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if continued use poses security or legal risks. Upon termination we will delete or return your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
