Information We Collect
We collect details you provide when creating an account, such as name, email address, role, and organization information. TaskForceOne also stores time and attendance entries, schedules, comments, and files entered by your team while using the platform. We automatically gather limited technical data—including device type, browser, IP address, and usage logs—to secure the service and understand feature adoption.
How We Use Information
We use your information to deliver and improve TaskForceOne, including processing time clock events, generating reports, and notifying you about schedule updates. Data also helps us troubleshoot issues, provide customer support, and recommend settings or features that keep your team compliant. We never sell your personal information.
Data Retention
Account information is retained for as long as your organization uses TaskForceOne. Timekeeping and schedule records are preserved according to your administrator’s retention settings or as required by applicable labor laws. When you close an account, we delete or anonymize data within a reasonable timeframe unless we must keep it to meet legal obligations.
Your Rights
You can access, update, export, or delete personal data stored in TaskForceOne by contacting your workspace administrator or our support team. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to certain processing or file a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Contact
If you have questions about this policy or our data practices, reach us at support@taskforceone.com and we’ll respond within two business days.
